Delivery Information

An order placed by 9am on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday and an order placed by 9am on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday.

Orders placed on other days may not be delivered until the following Wednesday. This is because we do not process milk every day and because the carrier requires 24hrs notice when we book collections. If you need clarification about a delivery please ring 01548 550044 and we will be happy to advise you.

FOR LOCAL DOORSTEP DELIVERIES - £16.00 courier charge is NOT applied but orders must be made by email rather than through the website please. Please note also doorstep delivery prices are different to those stated on this website.

* Next day delivery will only be possible if orders are made before 10am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We do not process every day so there could be a delay of up to 5 days. If you are unsure how soon your delivery could arrive, please call us on 01548 550044.

Please note that there are limitations to the service coverage areas for timed and next day deliveries. Please contact us prior to ordering.

Deliveries over 30kg are requested to contact us directly.

UK Mainland ONLY Deliveries

Deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and the selected delivery time. Delivery on weekends are not possible; please contact us for details.

Whenever possible, goods will be dispatched in the afternoon by booked courier.

If there is nobody in to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipients' responsibility to contact the courier and arrange a suitable delivery date. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the courier in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if appropriate.

In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered the [product] to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative a signed receipt of delivery.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

Any ineligible orders will be cancelled and refunded.
