Our flock of sheep graze the lush fields surrounding the Bigbury and Aveton Gifford areas and although not certified organic they are reared in the same way and slow grown for the best flavour. The local abattoir is near to Ashburton and then cut to your requirements in our own farm cutting room at Challon’s Combe.
